Originally from London, England, and raised in Chatham, Ontario, I recently returned to my hometown after spending more than five years in Seattle, Washington. Although I’ve always been drawn to words and storytelling, with a passion for clear, engaging communication, I’m just as enthusiastic about health and wellness. Outside of work, you’ll often find me out for a walk, on the Pilates mat, or in the kitchen testing out healthy baking recipes—especially ones that pass the taste test with my husband and daughter!​
