Partner marketing as a service

Client: Microsoft
Role: Copywriter and editor, e-book developer, QA assistant

Microsoft partner marketing as a service (PMaaS) is a $29M, three-year global initiative led by Indigo Slate to support co-marketing efforts between Microsoft and over 1,000 partners. As part of a 35+ member team, I help develop a wide range of B2B marketing assets—pitch decks, web banners, social ads, landing pages, e-books, emails, and infographics—for Microsoft’s global partner ecosystem. I also organize content in SharePoint and collaborate closely with designers to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

A key highlight was the Microsoft Copilot e-book initiative, where I collaborated with two colleagues to create a series of e-books. Our goal was to complete 24 e-books, each ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 words, within a four-week timeframe. We exceeded expectations by finishing the entire set in just three weeks, ahead of schedule. Then, based on the e-book copy, I authored master copy, social ads, lead gen forms, document ads, landing pages, and email campaigns, coordinating with partners and Microsoft stakeholders to finalize content. I also assisted with QA on designed assets prior to launch.

Change management communications

Client: Cloud Software Group (CSG)
Role: Communications lead, copywriter and editor

Following the $16.5B merger of Citrix and TIBCO, CSG launched a major internal transition to unify systems under Oracle ERP. As communications lead, I partnered with Zensar’s change management lead and CSG’s director of global employee comms to drive awareness and adoption. Over four months, I developed weekly email updates, created step-by-step user guides, and authored blog posts to support the system migration and align employees with the change strategy.

Website and app redesign

Client: Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (SFBCIC)
Role: Technical writer and editor

To modernize its digital presence, SFBCIC partnered with Zensar to redesign its website and mobile app—enabling self-service, agent connectivity, and streamlined user experiences. I supported the project by crafting and editing technical content, customer journey narratives, and visual storytelling assets in PowerPoint and Figma. I also collaborated with UX and martech teams to develop non-functional prototypes and strategic roadmaps, ensuring clarity and alignment across internal and client-facing materials.

Higher education

interactive website

Client: Microsoft
Role: Technical writer and editor

As a senior practitioner, I authored key content for the Microsoft Higher Education website, guiding institutions on using Microsoft solutions for hybrid learning, campus modernization, and cloud-powered research. I contributed to the Microsoft Higher Education Experience Guide, offering strategic insights on digital transformation, student engagement, and agile learning models. My work supported Microsoft’s mission to enhance digital experiences across the education sector.
